I have an extra pair of these. One for $13 or two for $20. Shipping is $6 in the USA for one or both. Paypal accepted. If the front bolts are spaced roughly 9 1/4" center to center then they work in your ranger/explorer. I have test fit them in my 1993 ranger and my wife's 2001 explorer and they fit both of these.

I made a pair for my truck and mounted a maglight on the driver side and a fire extinguisher to the passenger side.
What these Do:
These brackets mount to the two front bolts that mount the seat to the floor. remove the two bolts with a 13mm socket then place the bracket in and re install the bolts. This way no holes are drilled in the body and it can be removed with no damage to the vehicle.
Some pictures of the pair in my truck.
