I replaced my speakers yesterday but a few of the screws stripped out and now I don't have four screws mounting 3 of my speakers anymore. I was thinking about installing some nut clips / u nuts but I'm not sure if it will work. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Use Tinnerman speed clips.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Or use machine screws, lock nuts, and fender washers. Tinnerman nuts are handy, but their razor sharp edges can be painful.

Um, sometimes factory speakers are held in by 3 screws. So if it's 3 screws, not 4, shouldn't be a huge deal.

I wasn't too worried about only having three fasteners holding them in but now they're starting to rattle when the base is a little high. I'm going to try the clip knots and that should fix my problem
