Hello people. I have a question. Is the ford dealer correct in telling me that my idle contrl valve is faulty if am experiencing my engine shutting off as i am coming up to a stop light or slowing down? I slow down to turn and it shuts off also. It only happens when it has gotten warm not the first few miles. Once again it is a 2004 fordexplorer xls 4.0.
