engine firewall blower box right lower bolt just spins

Solved...engine firewall blower box right lower bolt just spins

Hi guys,
got the dash out and was easily on my way to get the heater plenum out and under the hood and the hardest bolt to get to just "spins" having horrible time. Anyone have this problem? Need help to get this out any Ideas would greatly be appreciated.
Oh, I can destroy the inside plenum if necessary as I bought a newer one out of a limited.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I will just use my dremel cut out the bolt locations on the inside and just pull back and remove it.
