Dies a little more every day!!!

My '01 Ranger 3.0 V6 runs worse every day. First I thought it was plug wires, I ohmed em out and found some dead so I replaced them and the plugs. Ran great for about a month, then started missing again. I pulled wires off the coil pack to see which cylinder wasn't firing and found #2 had no spark and #3 was real weak. I thought alright I found it. Repalced the coil pack and now I have fire on all wires but motor still misses badly. Any help with this would be appreciated, James. Oh, and it has less than 70,000 miles on it.

Make sure you check the PCV elbow James.

Check your fuel pressure... What condition are the plugs in. Oil fowled etc... Ive seen brand new plugs put in and found bad valve seals and destroy the plugs in no time. (Like less than a month!) Hows EGR operation. Maf sensor etc... Lots of variables there. Try cleaning your maf. Cleaning even your iac is a great place to start and cheap.

If it was missfiring you should replace the plugs
