I picked up a Rigid 30" SR combo and mounted it to my rack using their billet tube mounts, man this thing is awesome. I also decided I wanted an extra layer of protection and got some clear covers and ordered some green covers too.

It hasn't moved at all, the mounts are really nice and get very tight. I've been running similar mounts on the Duallys for a while and their still so tight you can almost hang off them.
I was Finally able to get some decent night shots.
Low beam.
High beam, the stock headlights are horrible!
Light bar w/clear lens and low beams.
Light bar w/green lens and low beams, I liked the green because it's not as harsh as the clear in the snow (amber or blue would work well too) and it looks good, it does take a minute to adjust once back on the highway though.
And the whole deal,
360 degrees of Rigid awesomeness.
I can't explain how happy I am with this set-up.
Thanks, yeah the roof rack sure makes it easy and the Rigid billet tube mounts are really nice as well.
Yeah I'm always worried about someone trying to to steal it but the way the mounts are you have to take everything apart to get the bar out and I'm hoping being mounted under the rack it's low key enough to not bring too much attention to it's self but if someone really wants it I guess they'll get it.
I'm more worried the lenses will start walking away because they are much easier to get off.
To be navigationally correct you should have a red lens on the left (port) side, and green on the right (starboard) side. Also, a bright white strobe on the roof would be perfect. That way when you make your approach into Calgary International the other flying Explorers could see you!
