I have a 2007 ford escape 3.0L v-6 Auto trans. AWD
When the vehicle is cold everything is fine,except when you put it in park,it will not stay,need the parking brake to hold in place,I think this is from a pin to hold it in park?
And if I don't hold the traction button for 20 seconds it makes a grinding noise going up hill at an angle.
But when it gets warm,the tranny starts to slip, and when hot it will not work in forward(any gear) or reverse.
Checked fluid it was little low,but now is fine.
There is no mechanic or shop around here.So any help would help would be great.
