hats off to you. glad to see someone post up something with rust repair done the correct way, and not grinding it, and smearing filler all over it and thinking it will out last the truck!

so, my 97 has quarter panel rust on both sides, but it isn't through and through. Is there a way to do it without cutting a hole?
