Yes, they will fit (provided they are 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern) There might e a little rubbing on your radius arm at full lock and inside the rear wheel wheel well at full stuff but nothing drastic or damaging.

I run the same combo but 3.75" back spacing.

You gonna need some lift though!!!

i have 32x11.50 on now and have no problem.. (rubs on radius arm)
the 32's sits on old XJ/TJ wheels

A rim that wide adds more stress to the front wheel bearings, so you will need to keep a closer eye on them.
