Bandit Customs 2002 Sport V8 4x4 "Roscoe"

Welcome to Bandit Customs, registry of Roscoe Bandit.

A little background first. This Explorer sport 4.0 2wd was purchased with a bad 4.0 Sohc motor with 89K. It was obvious this truck had a rough life. It had a "rebuilt" title. After running an Auto-check the Explorer was totaled and rebuilt in 2003.

So, As we sat back and said what should we do with this little sport that couldn't We said we need a truck to take wheeling out at Moab. So with that we chose to do a 5.0 v-8 with a 4406m, along with a few other upgrades.

Today specs include

5.0 v-8 swap
Emissions legal
Pats retained
rebuilt 4R70W
Manual 4406
4x4 conversion
Magna flow Exhaust
Torsion twist
shackles and add a leaf
1" body lift
Power Trax Lock Right in the 8.8
Limited steering wheel
Ambient Lighting
Kenwood In-dash with Garmin
Dyna mat
BFG Mud Terrain 285/75 r16

So pretty much over all a stock explorer
