Welcome to the Forum, :wavey:About 3 months ago the airbag light on our 2014 Explorer came on. We brought it in and the service department replaced an airbag module and the light was out...for about a week. Brought it back in and seems they need to replace another airbag module. However, this one for some reason the Ford Service department cannot get it shipped. It has been over a month!! The explaination we get is the part is ready to be shipped but there is limited shipping containers so we have to wait until the shipping container is availble to pick up the part and ship. They have given us a rental (Nissan Altima), but we continue to make a payment for a Ford Explorer. Our is Ford suggesting that next time we buy a Nissan?!?

I have merged your thread with this existing one. If you read through it you will see that in may cases the issue is with the connector under the seat. Good luck.
