1994 Explorer

I'm new to the forum and I'm not sure where I'm supposed to ask questions but I'm gonna try here!

I just bought a 94 Explorer, I got a good deal on it so i figured why not. Here is my problem...

When I go from park to drive or park to reverse it does nothing it just stays stuck unless I hit the gas. When I'm driving it drives fine with no problems. I'm not sure if its a tranny problem or if my calipers are stuck or if the ebrake might be stuck (E brake light is not on)

If I could get some help or pointed in the right direction as to where I might ask that would be great!

Thanks guys

I've got the same problem with my '94, I've been told to lock at my brake master cylinder and that it could be stuck open.
