Just about to commit to 2013 Explorer Limited 4WD

Just wanted to say hello. My name is Keith and I am having final talks with the dealer regarding an order for a 2013 Explorer Limited with 4WD. I am fairly happy with the amount they are offering for my trade, a 2004 Infiniti G35 with 6 speed manual and 64000 miles. Going from a 6 speed coupe to this will be an adjustment, but the test drives so far don't have me worried. I will be spending one more day shopping before pulling the trigger.

I found your site while trying to look up if the horror stories were true about MFT. It is probably the only thing that made me apprehensive about buying the car. The funny thing is that I can handle computers, it's people I can't figure out. So if problems with MFT means multiple trips back to the dealer then I could regret this whole thing. I played around with the newest version in the demo and I think I can adjust. What helps me sleep is that other car manufacturers are announcing similar packages, so hopefully Ford will have it figured out first.

Anyway, once the deal is done I'll be around often.

Thanks
Keith
