Talking 01 ST W/ 7" LIFT AND 35'S W/ PICS

PICS INCLUDED! Well, as many of you may know my 92 10.5" lifted explorers engine went out on me! While figuring out what I want to do w/ the 1992, I came up w/ a great idea! I am one of those that loves change so I have decided to take the Explorer Express lowering kit off my Sport Trac and replace it with the following:

(4) Pro Comp Shocks
(2) Trailmaster 4" lift rear leaf springs
(2) Pro Comp 3" lift Spindles
(1) Performance Accesories Ranger Body lift 3"
(1) Torsion Twist for 1"
(4) Pro Comp Mud Terrains 35x12.50x17

*I cant wait to see what these tires look like on my Cobra R's. It should look pretty diff. Going from the dropped stance to the lifted stance! I know my 1992 was completely diff. when I lifted it from the drop.

Ill post many pictures of the long install process.

WOW what a change.. it's a shame what are you going to do with everything that was in the 92?

I think you should save her and replace that motor someday.

Oh man, I liked the way the ST looked while it was lowered. Speaking of lowered, have you seen this ST with 20" rims and custom interior

I love the lowered look of the Sport Trac! I just cant stand being @ a light and having a Honda Passport taller than me! Thats not why I buy SUV's! Anyways it should be a awesome look! I have one thing working on the 1992, if it is not what I want for it, then I will just hold on to it and put a motor in it sometime down the road. Thanks for the feedback so far.........

Hey...if you do decide to take the EE lowering kit off I might be interested in it - that is if you'd sell it. I must say though, I love the look your ST as is

All I have to say is damn! I wish that I could have my truck on 35's. I would spank those lifted toyotas. But since I am in school and can barely afford to take my girl out a few times a week, I will have to stick to my current setup. Good luck on everything, and be sure to post a lot of pics.

Thanks for all your help in getting them up for viewing! It really is incredible how diff. the truck looks from its dropped stance to its now huge lifted stance. Still drives great!

not 7 but maybe this will hold you

I don't have 7 inches of lift YET, But heres a few of my '01 ST w/4 inch (3 body & 1 TT) with 35s. I've had this set up for quite a while & can't imagine having the ST any other way (except maybe higher?) I can't wait to see Brians with the total of 7 inches. Can't be anything but cool.

Mr. Green, Where'd you get the kit & how much?
