Thumbs up stuck in 4 low and then................

Hey guys new here, but here is my problem, was out playin in the mudd yesterday and got pretty hung up switched to 4 low and of course she got out. well tryed to take out of 4 low with no luck. so drovwe top the shop and my buddy (Mr.Knowitall) said must be the switch he then proceeded to take out the switch and unplug and start using a jump wire to try an disengagew the transfer case. well the lights went out however it is still in 4low and not only that I have no power to the switch or top my tach. I checked the fuses inside and under the hood.(visually) didnt see ant that were bad. What is my next course of action? what fuse controls my tach? as it must be on the same one. and then after I restore power how do I get her outa 4 low? well guys I hope ya all can help me fast!!! lol Please e-mail me. if alot of detail send me your # and I will call you on the phone! thanks again.
