Cleaning the wheel Bead? ASAP!

I went out this morning and had a flat tire, after closer inspection with some air and water, found it was mud had gotten between the rim and the tire, i guess with airing down yesterday and airing back up. How do i go about gettign all this mud out, i figured water and lower the airpressure down to nothign and shoot it out, but wouldnt that aloow the water/dirt to fall into the tire?

i need this help asap, as i need to go to a store before they close at 5....

thanks

-Caleb
