15x10 with 4" backspace
I think the backspace would not be enough. do i need 3.5-3.75? im gonna have about 8.5-9" of lift with 35x12.5. these rims would be to far inside the fender wouldnt they?

You'll find that 3.75 BS is common for both 15x8 and 15x10 rims. IMO 4" BS is rare and harder to find.
