Roll brand new engines

my 97 ex has a few probs happing at the moment rear timing chain being the main thing
the local ford dealership say it will cost between 5,000 and 13,000 australian dollars to fix , thats like 10 bucks in usa dollars aint it? hahaha
anyway where do these guys get off charging that sort of money.i was quoted 3000 alone in parts.
the good news is ,a importer here in sydney are selling brand new ,not rebuilt 4.0 l sohc engines
these are the series 2 engine that has all the timing chain dramas delt with
they are built in germany, come with all efi hardware but not starter ,alt etc
for a good price of $3,300 with a 12 month warrenty
what your thoughts?

anyone oz based who wants to be put in touch with these guys e mail me at
mhuitema@ozonline.com.au
they also have a outlet in melbourne

GO THE ALL BLACKS

MUZZZZZ

Go for it. Usually can't go wrong with a crate engine and warranty.
