AU Wind noise in dash at high speed

Hello,
This is my first thread! New to this forum and new to ford explorers.
Help, My 99 XLT has a loud wind howling noise coming from the dash at 60mph 100kph, it dosent seem to change more matter what you do with the ac controls! Is there a outside air door that may be jammed open?
Thanks

Welcome to the site. Check the firewall from the engine side. Make sure you don't have any missing or loose rubber plugs where hoses/electical wiring pass thru from the engine to the interior.
