I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated.

Mine's a 1996, hope it's the same. There's a little lever that sticks out from under the wiper arm where it meets the shaft. Pull it out about 1/4 inch and the arm should just slide right off. Yup just looked at chiltons book. It's the same. From chiltons:

1. Raise the blade end of the arm off of the windshield.
2. Move the slide latch away from the pivot shaft. The wiper arm can now be removed from the shaft with out the use of any tools.

Great, it worked! I just have to figure out how to get the rear one off.

the rear pretty much pries off. There's a little clip that holds it over the shaft, but if you pry carefully behind the arm, between the arm and the shaft sticking out of the door, it'll start to slide, then you can just pull it off.
