Unhappy O2 question (again)

Okay I need help with my 97 EB (5.0). I have a trouble code PO153 and it is showing O2 sensor, Bank 2, Sensor 1. Okay I looked through some of the other postings and I'm more confused than ever on which side is bank 2. Everyone agrees that sensor 1 is pre cat, but there are several ideas on which one is bank 1 or 2. One posting stated that bank 1 was oposite of cyl 1 and another post say bank 1 is the same side as cyl 1. I don't know which is which at this point. Please help. Mahalo!!!
