I've just read an article that said a 7 year old took his father's pickup truck for a joy ride, wore his seatbelt, remembered to signal, never went over the speed limit, and eventually brought the truck back home. The police originally thought that he was a drunk driver, because he kept swerving into the other lane. OMG!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! My nephew took the babysitter's car out for a run when he was eleven and killed some shubbery

The area I live in is so congested. If some kid tried to take a car for a joy ride, he would probably either get stuck in traffic, or would just smash the car at the nearest stop sign from cars going bumper to bumper on the avenue if he wouldn't make a complete stop. There are cops, meter mates, garbage trucks, taxi cabs, school buses, tow trucks, ambulances, fire trucks, and the average daily traffic blocking just about every street. Rush hour is like a giant parking lot. It takes about 15 or 20 minutes just to go a couple of miles. Sometimes you could walk somewhere faster than driving, and looking for parking.
