Emergency Brake Actuating Lever

I am re-assembling my emergency brake, and can't figure out how the actuating levers fit together.

Can anyone who has done e-brakes on a 1996+ help me out?

If you did not take both sides apart at the same time you can use the other side as an example maybe.
 






I don't have a photo so I played with yours hope it makes sense.

The brakes are assembled, now I just need to adjust them and replace the hydraulic brakes.
