Codes 522 and 629

My check engine light has been coming on and going off for about a month or so. The codes I got from it are 522 (Vehicle not in park or neutral during KOEO)
and 629( converter clutch selenoid circut fault or lock-up selenoid circut fault).
I knew it was in park during test,I even tried neutral. My needle indicator was out of adjustment so I set it to read dead on (needle dead center of P R N O D 2 1).
That made no difference at all, I cleared the codes they came right back. I have no issues with it driving or shifting. The torque converter seems to be working fine.My mpg hasn't changed 16-17.I was wondering if anyone else has
had these codes or know what it might be? Thanks Dennis

Does anyone know what would cause code 522? I don't understand why it would think it isn't in park or neutral?
