Shifting issue

Ok so I repleced my 5r55 with a used one and Im having hangup problems. It wont upshift unless I get off the gas from 1-2 and 2-3. Not slipping but acting like I have it manually gear. I can roll all the way up in 2nd and it doesnt want to shift, let off the gas and it shifts fine. EPC solonoid? Separator/vlave kit?
