Any AWD activation light ideas?

Has anyone added a light or something to show when the AWD is actually actived or working?

The idea came to my mind the other day, but how to do it is another thing.

It's a MECHANICAL system. There is no way to know when it's 'active' because it's a FULL-TIME system: It's ALWAYS active!
