Spedo Cable

Will the spedo cable for an explorer mate to the t case and spedo of an 89 BII? Not worried about the length...actually need the extra length.

Thanks, not the best season but anyways.

91-95 Explorer. I'm looking for a spedo cable for my 89 BII, but I need one about 10" longer than stock and my fisrt guess was a gen 1 explorer. Same instr cluster but with a BW 1354. I was heping Ford didn;t change the way the spedo cable mated to the t case between the bw1350 and the bw1354.
