Looks nice, but..

I think you need more support under the top. Once you start whacking on anything, it's going to crack/split real easy.

I bought some more angle iron to do just that. I was thinking about throwing a steel sheet of something up top too, along with maybe something to mount the legs to the wall with.

Right now it doesn't have a very tough life though.



I'll definitely beef it up when I get more active in the garage.

That's a really nice job! It's hard to make it exactly level. Did you put anything on the bottom of the legs, such as threaded adjuster feet just in case the floor is uneven in one area, or some sort of protective bottom to prevent it from scratching the floor? A nice addition to this would be to install sliding utility drawers underneath it for storing things. I have 3 drawers underneath mine. They are plastic, but you could weld tracks on yours to make drawers out of metal, or wood. Are you going to mount a power strip on it, and install a vice, and grinder?
