How much speaker wire?

Just got an amp for my speakers and i was wondering how much speaker wire im going to need the amp will be in the trunk. I am just trying to get a rough estimate so i dont buy to much or too little. Thanks and what size do you all recommened?

100' should be good, but you can never have too much. Figure 20 feet for each rear, then 25 feet for each front. Depends on how you run the cable & where the amp will be.
