headlight position

does anyone know the right hight for the headlights to be on the road and how to get the right measurements for it?
cuz i have it set the way i like it, but i got a ticket for them because they are so high set for offroad, and i don't want to play $$ to change it

Check the Lighting FAQs for headlight installation and there is the procedure.
