Looking for bolt that holds the steering rack to the frame/crossbar. there are 2 that are about 6-8 inches long and are threaded one way at the top, then a gap, then threaded differently at the bottom.

Can anyone help me out?

I have a hood, passenger fender, and lights. I do not have Limited parts, but I do have these in XLT. No black.
