i hate my explorer!

ok I have am massive issue with my audio system on my car while im driving sometimes just even parked with radio on all is well then all of a sudden I will not hear anything but a loud noise like there is no reception but the thing is I was listening to my mp3 player which I connected through a tape (if you know what im talking about) then I thought id buy a new head deck. So I purchased a pioneer deck... so I installed that and it was all working well till today! That dam noise came back and the only way I can stop it is if I pull the fuse out for the radio because even when the ignition is off and I have the keys in my hand that dam noise is still happening!!!...I have no idea what to do I am so stuck any help will be appreciated!

A few questions: Does the sound come through all of the speakers? Can you control it with the volume control? Do you have any amplifiers in the car? Do you have a subwoofer?

I'm not audio expert but that sounds like a loose wire. Try this:

Next time this happens, pull the head unit out and see if you can make it stop by moving the wires on the harness around. Also, have you done any work on the speakers? Can there be a speaker wire touching metal somewhere?
