Talking oh please oh great truck gods ...

hey every one...i was curious if anyone has done a 2 bl and left the bumpers stock?...not too keen on making new brackets so was wondering how bad it looked...i also have the bush bar on the front so was wondering how this would affect it...have been doing searchs but nothing comes up yet about the bush bar...i have completed a 2 tt and shackles so far with 31 baja widetrack mt's...would like to see if 35's will fit...i have been fortunate so far by not having to cut any fender wells...lol...knock on wood...thxs for any info you can offer...cheers jeff

i looks a lil wierd but its preference, not sure bout the bush bar but u will def. not fit 35s with a 2"bl and a tt, shackles, to fit 35s u need a serious lift like an sas or 1 of the major bolt on suspension lifts

ya depends on the person, frame will show more, plus the big ass gaps in the fender wells. personally i would just make some gap guards for the fender wells. my buddy put a 3'' bl on his ranger and just got a piece of diamond plate to fill the spot below the tailgate so something along those lines may work too. its all on what u like....and brackets arent that hard to make, someone on here might have some for sale or evern make them i have seen the demensions on here also...

if it were a 3 or 4 inch body lift i would worry bout that stuff but it is just a 2 inch so i am going to try it and see how it looks...i took a closer look at my bush bar and it should work out quite nicely...i will post some pics when done and you guys can tell me what ya think...thxs jeff

Here is a pic of mine with a 3" bl without the back bumper raised:

As you can see it looks like ass! I think even if you were only lifting the body 1" it would still look stupid. From the side view, The bumper is meant to align up with the lower trim section of the 1/4 panels. I would spend the time to make the brackets but thats just me.
Either way good luck
JIGA
