External PCI slot

There's a such thing as an external PCI box. It's a case with however many PCI slots that you install PCI cards in and can hook to a computer or laptop. The ones I've seen are about $1000 bucks though for just one slot. Does anybody know of one that is a reasonable price, about $200 or under?

Do you have any links? I couldn't find anything. I just found some USB video cards though. All I want to do is add a third monitor to my laptop, and it looks like the USB video cards will work fine for that.

I couldn't find anything any cheaper, you might check out the newegg link listed above but it looks like it is for PCI-X only. but if you just want to add another video slot it or a usb video card should work.
