Lost Keyless Door code - HELP!

All - I have been searching for a way to reset my keyless door code since I bought the truck. I got it used and the dealer lost the code (so he says) and wanted to charge me $100 to reset it. I know there has to be a way to do it myself. I have found posts that state it is in the jack access panel but there is nothing there. I have a 2002 Explorer XLT 7-passenger 4x4 v6 (4.0 liter) anyone know where I can find the code to reset it? Thanks!

try passenger side second row door pillar behind second row seat behind trim at the bottom of the pillar

Not sure if this helps, but I was in the same boat, and after searching this forum I was able to locate the code for my truck 2004 Explorer XLT on the Passenger "C" pillar. I removed the top of the pillar by the seat belt re-tractor. I located the remote tire pressure sensor and if you look down and pull out the bottom of the pillar cover it was right there. It's a square module with Siemens written on it. There were several sets of numbers and a bar code as well. The Code was in large bold letters, hope this helps.
