I do plan on being there. Hope the "jellybean" is up to the task. Becker69, let me know what you find out about the campsite. PM me.

That's pretty cool... and nice of you to make a promo video out

I didn't realize you moved out to OH. That's a bummer!

Now, I have to see about getting a Wells' book that is spiral bound like the CO one I just got.

HAHA! Metal Masher isn't too bad. With my fresh body and paint work, I made it through without any "metal mashing".

Moab has something for everyone though, from easy trails to extreme.

I wish I could say I'm in, but I'm still a maybe. The explorer doesn't have 4x4 at the moment (wiring problem), but I have plenty of time to get that in order. At least I have the 700R4 in finally. Last time I was in moab with this group, the A4LD left its mark on Top of the World, it will be nice to have a good tranny down there this time. I'll see if I can talk the wife into it.

If the dates are May 30th-June1st I won't be able to make it.
I am planning on walking the 5K Bolder Boulder on Memorial Day, then do a 100 (century) bicycle ride on June 1st with a co-worker.

It's a lot cheaper on gas...

That means you will have to do Ouray over Labor Day then!

I made my Moab reservations a few weeks ago. Should be fun, maybe this time I will attempt the mountain passes again since there has always been snow on them and they have been impassable in mid-may.

Everyone is always welcome to go, there are usually even some totally stock rigs out there.

Yeah Perry, if you can swing it (lots more time to plan on) see about Ouray. I had a blast last year and it's a definate for me as worthy to repeat.
Trails were moderately technical (ok, Black Bear and short parts of others; I had a serious pucker factor ), and the scenery was just unbeatable. You've been in CO. longer than I so maybe you have run a lot of them. Next to Moab... definately a favorite to wheel!

Wakesk8er, by all means the Moab is open to stock or stock modified! Generally speaking there are trails for most any 4x. As plans develop and groups are identified, just research the trails and those who ran them recently and look forward to an awesome trip.
