factory bed cover brackets

hey guys i am trying to remove the brackets in a sport track bed. the factory split cover brackets have 3 bolts and two come out no problem. the middle one not so easy, how do I get behind to hold the nut? In the front I cant see about getting in to easy?

Take off the plastic wheel well liner and reach from in there..?
