Haha of course a Pittsburgh native would say that. I thought for sure you were gonna call me out on the basket falling to the passenger side. I got to straighten that thing out.

Yea the pics don't even make it seem that steep but it was in some places. I was bottoming out in some places. But definitely beats being there before with my 235/75-15s.

I'm not a Pittsburgh native. I'm just stuck living here (wife's family is from here) I'm originally from out west, Oregon, Washington and born in Yuma, Arizona. Eventually I'll get back out there. Brent, I had the same issue with my Yakima basket so I took four long self-tapping screws and drilled them into the "locking" mounting bracket for the crossbars into the crossbars themselves, never had an issue after that. You can't see them either unless your on top of the truck.

hey rebel, im on your home turf right now, oregon! i had to go to portland for business and im here for the week. ill be flying home friday but will have to come back again the following monday. i think im going to drive to the coast after i get done tomorrow. seaside looks awesome, but it looks to be a bit of a drive.

its beautiful up here, it reminds me of the shasta trinity in california. the only thing that sucks is that there arent too many places to get a good meal. i even went downtown the other day and all i found were panda exppress and chipotle.

Portland is a dive city. I don't even consider it part of Oregon. It is beautiful on the outskirts of the city up in the mountains.

If you can go up to Astoria and go across the bridge into Wash., the view is amazing. I'm from the other side of Oregon over in Stanfield by Hermiston.

Or if you can take a drive east alittle ways across the Columbia River Trail and check out Horsetail Falls or George, Wash. Gorge, nicer view then the Grand Canyon in places, IMO.

LOL, go east into the mountains. You can get some great sunsets from high atop any of the Sisters or Mt. Hood, Mt. Raineer. Damn you, now I'm really missing it out there and I drive local now, not OTR so I can't just get a run out there to visit like I used to.

Radio-Active, that is pure beauty. Damn I miss living out there.

Brent, I am a Steeler fan but I'm not a real serious sports fan, I'm into anything automotive or mechanical. I figured I'd mess with you about the decal since we're from rival city's, lol.

Yea really big rivalry, probably the biggest in football. Very stressful times when they play each other. First game i ever went to was ravens/steelers and steelers won of course. Oh well its all in good fun. Like the summers alot more than the winters.

Jumpin on In

Hey guys! This if my first jump into this forum and wanted to say you guys have all been major inspirations to my projects. I can't tell you how many bookmarks I have of various upgrades I want in the near future! I'm moving in the next month or so then I am gonna jump on a 1.75" TT/Shackle so that I can hopefully get some 33" Duratracs unless someone wants to talk me out of it and into something else lol.
