98 Explorer HU Help

I have I guess the premium sound system. Dual media player and a disk changer in the console. I tried fixing the display and I just made everything worse! Anyway I've seen the dual media units for sale, but most don't have the rds feature. Question is will any of the dual media or just cd player work with my wiring and the cd changer. I don't have the factory sub. I don't care if plays tapes or if I have the rds feature. I'd just like to keep the factory look and be able to use the cd changer. Thanks for any help.
