CAN transfer case swap

can i take the transfer case from a ranger with the 5R55E tranny and put it in my explorer with the same tranny? or does any one know of any t-case that will fit

The ranger has a BW1354 t-case like the first gen explorer, for the second gen explorer you have to get a BW4405 t-case.

EDIT: Unless of course you want a manual t-case you can put the manual BW1354 t-case in the 2nd gen explorer.
