2004 Explorer Sport Trac
Hello everybody, I have recently bought a 2004 Explorer Sport Trac w/ all the stock bells n whistles and am currently trying to sell my 1994 Ranger.
So I have a few questions for anyone who is willing to give an opinion. I am currently going to attend a local extension college as a freshman and so money is tight but not too tight because i am living technically at home.
Okay so I decided to get the sport trac cuz of its looks and power and suspension closeness to that of a ranger edge.
I would like to get
-fiberglass fenders n a double tube bumper w/ skid plate n lights up front.
-fiberglass rear w/ double tube bumper and integrate a tow hitch
-long travel front suspension
-semi long travel rear supension cuz i know there isnt much to work w/ back there
-new rims and new around 31" tires
-intake
-exhaust
-chip or programmer if i can find one which so far i have been unsuccessful
-possibly headers
*note this is not in any particular order*
actually i was wondering what order i should do it in and if anyone has any ideas on where to get the products from

Thank You

I looked at dixon bros. and that seems to be my best bet if i am to buy the suspension but ive got a friend whos been workin for a race shop for a lil over a yr now and has made plenty of suspensions. in fact he just made a 24 lt for his titan which is gonna be sweet. but anyway me n him could get a custom suspension set up cheaper than dixons.

Ive never heard of henson performance so ill have to check that out thanks

I have checked hanneman fiberglass and have pretty much decided that i like perrys fab n fiber better cuz i can utilize my own front end but im kinda weary about using them cuz he says he'll install the everything n when he does he'll cut the chassis a lil to make the front bumper fit better and make it stronger and i dont know of anyone that has used them so if anyone has any feedback on them that would help.

so what order do you think i should go w/ cuz its probly gonna be one thing at a time about every other month depending on the cost of the previous purchase if ya get me :p:

I don't understand what you mean with that statement.

i mean that w/ hannemans fiberglass you only use the original front end (bumper etc.) w/ perrys fab n fiber you can do either or and since i wanna put a tube bumper w/ lights and a skid plate id rather go w/ that one

Hey I took my truck into my local shop "High N Low" and they're gettin an estimate set up for me. So I am wondering if anyone needs a Sport trac front bumper/grill, fenders or the side thing that goes under the doors? If so please contact and I'll hook you up! :)

Oh yeah I'll try n get some pics up of my front end once its done :D

No one on here needs fenders or a bumper?

Or wants a 94 ranger?

Okay then well Im gonna get it done after I go on vacation so Ill post up pics afterwards and everyones gonna love it. Its gonna be CNC'd w/ a fox head logo on the skid plate.
Its gonna be SUPER SICK!!!
YEAH
I CANT WAIT!!!

Hey my fenders are supposed to come in today or tommorow n i was wondering how much its gonna cost me to paint my two fenders n bumper/grill. I was also wondering if i should clearcoat the whole front end or something like that to make it all match. I havent dealt much w/ paint so is there some special way to do.
