How do I install a indash dvd?

I put my subs and amp on craigslist and someone offered me a single din flip out dvd player/touch screen tv. I want to install it myself but do not really know how to do it and do not want to mess it up. First off, How do you get the factory one out and what do I do from there?

Remove the plastic piece ontop, I used a screwdriver, and put a cloth over it so i didnt scratch. I went uptop in the middle and carefully pryed it off. There's 4 snaps I believe. Then there's two screws to the actual headunit.
