I found this the other day at Sams Club the I found it again at the guys house. So YES it is in running order. The really messed up part is a neighbor told me its his second EX, the police towed the other one because it was unsafe. The neighbor told me it had stuff attached to the sides by ropes which they made him take off and put on the curb which he put into this one after the police left. Hoard much?

Hi just purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer XL about 2 months ago, sold my 2004 XLT. Found alot a good info in this site. It's a great site. Too bad I had to take my explorer back to the dealer because of a clunk sound coming from the axle or somewhere else it vibrated my pedal when I start driving it, and also the Windows not rolling up right due too some grease streaks.

I am so happy to have found this site! Just inherited a 1990 aerostar cargo van. the interior is beat up, but grandpa took excellent care of the engine.....everything looks new. It is hard to steer....my hubby and I are assuming there's a leak in the steering fluid line. Needs new brakes and some TLC. Is there anything else we should watch out for? Also, how difficult would it be to put in rear seats.........we have bench seats from a 1988 aerostar. There's a vinyl liner on the van bed, so I cant tell if the hardware is there for it to "pop" into. Before I tear it apart, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect? Usually wouldn't go thru this much on a vehicle this old but the engine looks and runs GREAT, has a lot of power, etc.
