Hello everybody, I just bought my first Explorer 3 months ago. It's a 2000 XLT and it's got roughly 79,000 miles. It's a V6 and it's maroon w/tan cloth interior. It's all stock...for now.

I'm thinking about getting some 35 inch baja claws...for starters.

I can't get hold of anything for my explorer over here. Just shipped over a K & N Filter/induction kit. Need edelbrock shocks, and exhaust next. I'll ship the shocks and make my own exhaust i suppose. OH Well !
Anyway pictures coming soon
Make the most of what's available to you lot, and spare a thought for me over here trying to mod my X

Howdy

Howdy! This is my first post on this site. I have just purchased a 2002 Explorer XLT and figured that this would be a good site for some advice, conversation, etc...I am currently in Texas, will be heading to Ft. Sill soon, and then to Germany in the spring. My explorer will be well traveled.

There isn't any state chapters but I believe there is a mid-west group.. Look in the Explorer clubs & Events forum.. If you interested in meeting some members in your area, you can do a search based on location like state or city under the Member list Advanced Search.

New guy here

Hello, I am a long time Ford Truck Fan. 87 Ranger X-cab, semi-custom pavement princesss, now a 89 B2 XLT mini-monster in progress, looking for an Xploder for a daily driver/Sunday fun truck. I've been looking over this site for about 3 months now and decided to join, as I appreciate all the good advice and tip I have gotten so far. This last 2 weeks I have made 3 attempts to look at and maybe buy a 4 door X and they all have been sold before I can get there. So, hopefully soon I will have an X of my own.
