Quest For Bigger Tires

I am getting a set of pro comp xterrain 33/12.50/15's given to me and i am putting them on my Ranger to replace the 31's i have now i have a three inch suspension lift and i beleive i can fit them the way it sits now but i think in will scrub so i am going to put a torsion bar key in the front and shackle lift in the back if you think this is a good or a bad idea please let me know and if you disagree tell me what you would do instead.
