Mountaineer Tailights on Explorer?

I was wondering if the mountaineer "clear" taillights can be swapped with my explorers red ones? Its an 07... thanks!

You know it's funny you ask because those clear lights are the reason I didn't get a Mounty. They're gawdy!

They are the same truck in the back 100% so it should bolt up......
