Torque Specs for Exhaust Manifolds

I just finished replacing the exhaust manifold gasket on the passenger side. Does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts? I cant find them anywhere.

00 5.0 AWD

Thanks

The online Ford Tech manual tells me 30 ft-lb's for the manifold to head bolts and the same for the head pipe bolts.
