'lil help?

Hey, pulled code "P0156". Not a mechanic by any means, but have a little potential. However, I have never done an O2 sensor on any vehicle I own, so I need a little help. Where is this sensor? How hard is it to get to? Can someone of average ( mostly ) mechanical ability a do the job? What if I don't? My check engine light went off tonight. It went on this morning for that code...

Thanks for your help!
