What size/type of headlight and foglight bulbs do I need for a 98 Explorer?

Title says it all. Wanting to get some bright headlights and fog lamps for my 98 Explorer. I was thinking about the GE nighthawks (from another post on here) but I need to know which size fits my 98 explorer 5.0
