where to look up ford part numbers online

Can anyone suggest an online site that let's you look up what the actual part number is that you are looking at? I've tried many online dealer sites and have run through the catalogs, looked at the diagrams, found the part, but it doesn't actually give the part number. Even if you add it to your cart, it still doesn't list the part number, just the description. I'd like to see what part number I'm ordering. I know sites are different. On my wife's MDX, one site I went to would show the part number when you added it to your cart, but another wouldn't. It seems that all of the ford sites I've went to don't list the part number...

Can anyone suggest a site that DOES list the part number?

You could try WWW.PartsVoice.Com but you will have to create a user name & password. A lot of sites require this now when only a few months ago didn't. I guess that they want to track how many people use their site.

Part #'s

I had this same problem. If your manual does not have the part # there appears to be little places to find the part #. I suggest going to the dealer parts department and they can look it up for you at no cost. Then you can look online for the part which I have found to be cheaper. Depending on the part you need always check a salvage facility.
